About IAMPOETRY

http://www.iampoetry.org serves to give a voice to poets, writers, and artists from all over the world who may at a previous point in time have been voiceless.  It is our personal mission to spread the love of poetry through a wide array of blog posts and FREE newsletters released each month. Followers and subscribers may submit their original work to be displayed on our website whether for personal satisfaction, to enhance their reader base, or simply to release their message onto an unsuspecting world.

One of our long term goal is to teach the basics of poetry and writing through our writer’s resource. It serves as a center where individuals can brush up on the basics, improve the quality of their work, and begin to better understand the nature of writing and poetry.  It is always being updated, so please check it often if you are interested in becoming a class A writer.

Eventually we also hope to be able to endorse artistic ventures and even fund poetic projects as to launch careers in the humanities and arts.  This is a long long term goal, but we feel it can be done, little by little.
